Records are held in a secure, controlled environment with CCTV 24 hour monitoring, security alarms and smoke detectors. All records are held in a confidential manner. All our staff under go a clearance and vetting procedure to recognised standards.

Requests for records can be governed through the use of a strict password system; without which a box cannot be requested. We can tell who has requested and authorised each box delivery or collection.

Information regarding collection and delivery addresses and authorisation details are entered into the Record Management System and an authenticity check is confirmed each time retrievals or collections are requested.

Data protection is taken seriously by Whitefields Document Storage and we only hold information relevant to the running of our business.
