Requests for records can be governed through the use of a strict password system; without which a box cannot be requested. We can tell who has requested and authorized each box delivery or collection.
Information regarding collection and delivery addresses and authorization details are entered into the Record Management System and an authenticity check is confirmed each time retrievals or collections are requested.

it was delivered or collected.
We use barcode technology to process records quickly, and to verify the exact movements of any records. Through our Record Management System we can track all activities for an individual record and know its immediate location. Bar-coded inventory control and tracking systems
ensure that records can always be quickly located when you need them.
Web access can be provided for customers to access information on their document archive on line. The facility to locate their archive and request retrievals is also available.
