Whitefields Storage Limited is a family run business setup in 2003.  We offer secure offsite document storage solutions for customers who need to retain records for business or statutory reasons.  We are a local firm servicing the East Midlands Nottingham, Grantham, Lincoln, Chesterfield, Derby, Burton on Trent, Leicester and Loughborough.

Our stores are monitored by 24 hour CCTV, highly sophisticated fire and burglar alarm systems. Whitefields Storage stores records for many market sectors, including solicitors, accountants, financial services companies and the medical profession. As the company continues to grows this has now expanded to include other market sectors such as charities, architects and marketing companies. The storage of documents has also grown and now includes promotional material which is returned to the appropriate company on an as needed basis.

As the business has expanded, so has the use of Information Technology within the storage business. Our critical software application, RSSQL from O'Neil, is the acknowledged leader in document management systems used by hundreds of records centres in 40 different countries worldwide. The barcode tracking system enables us to know where each box is at any one time.
